Terms of Use

These terms constitute a public offer: by paying for a subscription or using the void0 platform you accept them in their current version. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the platform.

Subscription

The subscription is the platform's only paid product: one subscription opens access to all paid course materials and articles for the paid period. Free materials are available without a subscription or registration.

The set of paid materials may change: we add new ones and update existing ones. This is not grounds for recalculation — you pay for access to the current state of the platform, not for a fixed list.

Payment and Auto-Renewal

Payments are processed by payment providers: Stripe (international payments) and YooKassa (payments from Russia). Payment details are handled by the provider and are not stored on the platform.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period at the price in effect at the moment of renewal. We notify you of price changes by email no later than 14 days before the charge.

Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel the subscription at any moment in your account; access remains until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made.

If within 14 days after your first payment the subscription turns out not to be for you, write to us — we will refund the payment in full. The refund is issued via the same method the payment was made, within the payment provider's timeframes.

Account and Content

The account is personal: transferring access to third parties is prohibited. You can link several sign-in methods to one account (Google, email, Telegram) — all of them lead to the same subscription. The platform's materials are protected by copyright; copying and distribution without written permission are not allowed.

Service Availability

We aim for uninterrupted operation of the platform but do not guarantee the absence of interruptions (updates, maintenance). If paid materials are unavailable for more than three consecutive days, upon your request we will extend the subscription by the duration of the outage.
