Consent to Personal Data Processing

I, a user of the website void0.dev, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give consent to individual entrepreneur Dmitrii Evgenevich Zhdanov (INN (taxpayer ID) 773175001050, OGRNIP (state registration number) 317774600330731, email course@void0.dev; the "Operator") to the processing of my personal data on the terms below.

1. How consent is given. Consent is given by ticking the consent box when signing in to the website (via Google, Telegram or a link sent to email) for the "Account" and "Inquiries" groups in Clauses 2–3, and by clicking "Accept" in the cookie banner for the "Analytics" group. Each part can be given and withdrawn independently.

2. Personal data.

  • Account: email; name; avatar; Google or Telegram account identifier; Telegram username; marks of completed materials; IP address, browser type, date and time of requests.
  • Inquiries: content of inquiries and the contact from which they are sent.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics and PostHog cookie identifiers, pages viewed, interface events, IP address.

3. Purposes.

  • Account: registration and sign-in, account maintenance, saving progress, service notifications by email, protection against abuse.
  • Inquiries: responding to inquiries.
  • Analytics: traffic statistics and improvement of the website.

4. Actions with data. Automated processing: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

5. Transfer to third parties. I agree to the transfer of data to persons that process it on behalf of the Operator or for the stated purposes, including cross-border transfer: Google (USA) for sign-in and Google Analytics; Telegram for sign-in; Resend (USA) for sending emails; PostHog (Germany) for analytics; the Operator's hosting provider. The list of recipients and countries is in Section 5 of the Personal Data Processing Policy.

6. Term and withdrawal. The consent is valid until the account is deleted or until it is withdrawn. Consent can be withdrawn by an email to course@void0.dev sent from the email linked to the account. Consent to analytics can also be withdrawn by declining in the cookie banner, which opens via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page. The Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, except for data that the Operator is required to store by law. The Operator may continue processing without consent in the cases provided for by Clauses 2–11, Part 1, Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

7. Processing of data necessary to perform the subscription payment agreement is carried out on the basis of the public offer and does not require this consent. The processing procedure, retention periods and user rights are set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
