Refund Policy
Material structure
Version of 19 October 2026.
This policy applies to subscriptions paid in US dollars. Payments and refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for our orders. Terms used here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
1. Full Refund Within 14 Days
If you request a refund within 14 days of the first subscription payment, the price is refunded in full, regardless of how much of the Materials you have opened.
2. Pro-Rata Refund Afterwards
After 14 days, and for renewal payments, you may request a refund of the unused part of the current Period. The amount is proportional to the number of full days remaining until the end of the Period.
3. Cancelling Auto-Renewal
You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account on the Platform or via the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Cancellation stops future charges; access is retained until the end of the paid Period. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund: request one under Sections 1–2.
4. How to Request a Refund
Send a request to course@void0.dev from the email linked to your Account, or contact Lemon Squeezy support via your receipt. State the email used at checkout.
5. Processing
Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method within 10 days of the request. The time for the funds to be credited depends on your bank. Access to the Paid Materials ends when the refund is issued. The corresponding portion of sales tax or VAT charged on the payment is refunded together with the price.
